• Manage all aspects of GL, AP, AR, Inventory and Fixed Assets.

• Responsible for month-end close including accounting entries, balance sheet and revenue reconciliations, and working with various departments on month-end accruals.

• Manage all monthly credit card reconciliations.

•  Responsible for weekly A/P check run.

•  Interface with payroll processing company to fund bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll.

•  Assist with year-end financial statement audit and additional ad hoc compliance reviews.

•  Assist with HR management of employees as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

• Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience with 3 years at the Sr. Accountant level

•  NetSuite experience preferred

•  Experience in restaurants or retail organizations preferred

•  Highly organized, meticulously attentive to detail, and able to set priorities.

•  Ability to work independently

•  High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel

•  Excellent communication skills

• Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
