Background:

Pasquale Maturo joined the team as CFO in June of 2018 bringing over 20 years of financial experience, with 15 of those years in the restaurant industry. Prior to Briggo, Pasquale was the CFO at Macaroni Grill, with responsibility for all finance, accounting, IT, legal, and risk functions. He started his career in the restaurant industry at Quiznos, with various roles in strategy, franchise development, supply chain, and marketing. Following Quiznos, Pasquale worked at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group and was an integral part of the Coffee & Bagel growth strategy when JAB bought the company in 2014. Prior to the restaurant industry, Pasquale spent a number of years in financial roles at Royal Caribbean International, Qwest, and U S West. He began his career as an engineer at DuPont, working in the chemical manufacturing business. Pasquale holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.
