Customer Success Manager

The Role

We are a multidisciplinary group of world class engineers, data geeks, and go-to-market specialists looking for someone to provide excellent customer success on-site and online to support sales growth, customer engagement, and onsite marketing opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate efficiently and effectively with our customers – you’ll be speaking with customers on the phone and onsite at the Coffee Haus as well as online, utilizing our software platform
  • You’ll be a proactive advocate for the customer and you’ll own the customer experience from initial text or personal contact to resolution
  • You’ll become a Briggo encyclopedia – from the unique and automated robotic Coffee Haus operations to understanding coffee drink quality and composition.
  • You’ll use ‘whatever it takes’ attitude to provide a solution to any issue
  • You’ll work as a part of a cross-functional team to understand the ebb and flow of business and Coffee Haus operations
  • You’ll work closely with the Business Devlopment Team, and the Marketing Team to drive customer engagement
  • You’ll drive top line revenue, new customer acquisition and field execution
  • You’ll evangelize and expand the Briggo brand in the marketplace
  • You’ll be available for an on-call rotation with other customer support and sales reps
  • Briggo runs 24×7 availability which can require support outside of normal business days and hours
  • This position reports to the VP of sales and may cover multiple cities

Qualifications

  • Command of customer service fundamentals, a service mindset
  • Strong analytical approach to problem solving to help define and measure the who/what/when/where/why of the customer journey
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship-building skills
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, ambiguous, and agile growth startup atmosphere
  • Innate curiosity and your natural tendency is to act upon it
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • A passion for customer experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • The ability to work independently as well as function in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, interacting with technical support groups, customer support centers and vendors

PREFERRED:

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
  • Past experience in a customer success role preferably in start-up or CPG industry
  • Great listening and problem- solving skills
  • Relentless drive, self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Willing to travel and available nights and weekends on a rotating schedule, as needed
  • Celebrate your success, and the successes of your team
  • Industry knowledge, contacts and experience working with external sales/ marketing/ customer product groups/ food service provider relationships
